If I had an hour to solve a problem I’d spend 55 minutes thinking about the problem and 5 minutes thinking about solutions.
— Albert Einstein

You know that nagging problem that needs to be solved? I have a knack for finding the right questions yielding answers and fostering growth.

Hi, my name is Jason, glad you are here!

A bit about myself:

I have worked with teams from 5-30 in a variety of education and corporate settings. People have told me that I am like a saxophone, “bringing all the sounds together. He drives the tempo in a calm, cool manner igniting something so passionate that everyone invests emotionally and physically in the end product.”

I can offer a keen eye for different perspectives helping to redefine people and processes. Continuously in a curve of growth, I am adept at finding new ideas to jumpstart change and the experience to work through that change. With a solid background in mental health counseling, leadership roles in higher education advising, experiential education, and a few triathlons under my belt, I embrace ambiguity and adversity. Together, my clients and I strategically explore ideas and develop innovative ways for growth and discovery.

Envisioning is a passion of mine. From board games to business, I am fully alive developing strategies that solve life’s snags (and occasionally using strategies to win a board game or two). Adept at engaging others and inviting feedback, I live for creating experiences where individuals and groups advance.

I would love to bring almost a half-decade of professional experience to your organization, challenging people to find the true nature of problems while developing rich and impactful opportunities for growth and success.

My other passion is photography and endurance sports so feel free to check out my galleries. If I am not training for a race I am often out shooting photos at one! I look forward to chatting with you!

Random Fact: I used to be a professional clown (which in truth taught me many things I use every day in my work!)
